Abstract Submission

Abstract submission is now closed. Thank you to everyone who submitted their work. All authors will be notified of the results shortly.

Please report any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest in the subject matter or materials discussed in your conference presentation.

Abstract Book 2024

The Abstract Book will be available for download here shortly after the submission deadline.

General Poster Session

All abstracts submitted to the Annual Meeting will be presented in the General Poster Session on Thursday, June 6^th, 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Please ensure you bring a printed copy of your poster (DIN-A 0, portrait format, English language) and affix it to the designated poster board by June 6^th, 8 a.m. Printing facilities won't be available on-site. Your poster board number will correspond to the one assigned to your poster (not your abstract number). Posters will be accessible to all attendees until Friday, June 7^th, 1:30 p.m.

Presenters are kindly requested to stand by their posters for 60 minutes, following the presentation schedule: odd abstract numbers during the first 60 minutes, and even abstract numbers during the second 60 minutes.

We would like to point out that posters not presented by the designated author within the specified time may not be considered for the poster award.

Teaser Sessions

The teaser sessions are scheduled for Thursday, June 6^th, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Ten abstracts per Disease Area/Platform will be pre-selected for teaser presentations from all submissions.

Poster Awards

With the acceptance of your poster, you automatically become eligible for the poster awards. The DZL Poster Award Committee will review all presentations during the General Poster Session, visiting you at your poster during your stand-by time.

A prize of 500€ will be awarded to the highest-scoring abstract presentation from each of the 8 Disease Areas, 2 Platforms and 4 Disease-spanning Working Groups.

The award ceremony is scheduled for the evening event on Thursday, June 6^th, at 8 p.m.
